BAKING:
A 50% deposit is required when making an order with BC Collective. This is to confirm your order. If you have a change of mind and cancel your order, you will receive the 50% back but for this to be done you have to do it with 2 weeks notice before the actual date of needing your order. If it’s after 2 weeks it is non-refundable. The remaining balance for your order is then due the week of pick up by bank transfer. There is also the option of paying for your entire order up front.
Bank transfer & cash are the payment options available. If paying by cash, you can pay on the day of pick up. If paying by bank transfer you NEED to pay the week of pick up, this is so it has time to process unless you are paying by OSKO. If the money is not received via bank transfer and you come to pick up your order, I am strictly now not allowing orders to go out unless I have received payment. Please make sure you organise payments accordingly and follow my terms and conditions.
I also have available a square eftpos reader machine so you can tap and go.

ACRYLICS:
Processing your order – Once you’ve placed your order on our website, a confirmation is sent to your nominated email. Please keep this as proof of your purchase.
Shipping processing times – Processing times refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. Once your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 1-2 weeks. We will endeavour to contact you if there are any delays.
BC Collective offers express or standard shipping and local Hawkesbury LGA pick up from my house.
Shipping using Australia Post
Shipping rates and delivery estimates – We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, delivery times are estimates & commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide.
Standard shipping = (3-5 days after dispatch) & Express shipping (1-2 days after dispatch).
Shipping costs are additional costs and will be added to your order at checkout.
Please allow 1 to 3 weeks for your order to be made and processed for shipping/pick up.
PERSONALISED LED LIGHTS
Our Personalised LED Lights are final sale, cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged.

**Please take care to fill out the customisation form as all information from this form will be used to create your Personalised LED Light.
**Our outline engraving is purely the outline of the selected name + picture (please see photos below). Our filled in engraving is the outlined filled in with thousands & thousands of tiny lines to give it that ‘filled in look’ (please see photos below).
**PERSONALISED LED LIGHTS ARE NOT A TOY & SHOULD BE USED IN THE COMPANY OF AN ADULT. KEEP DRY AND CLEAN. KEEP AWAY FROM FIRE, HEAT AND WATER. MAY CONTAIN SMALL PARTS WHICH PRESENT A CHOKING HAZARD FOR YOUNG CHILDREN. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Date of delivery may vary due to shipping delays, delivery location, method of delivery and the times ordered.
All orders will be sent together, placed in a calico drawstring bag, and packaged with bubble wrap & care.
We are NOT responsible for incorrect shipping address being provided at checkout. Please double check all information provided is correct before completing your order.
We do NOT take responsibility for lost or stolen orders. Please contact Australia post for lost/stolen orders.
RETURNS/DAMAGES/FAULTY PRODUCTS:
Thank you for shopping at BC Collective. We trust you will love your order as much as we do, however if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we’re here to help. Strict criteria needs to be met to qualify for a return & you have 5 days after receiving your order to get into contact with us.
Please contact me at info.bccollective@gmail.com for return/damaged/faulty orders immediately and I will do my best to accommodate you. Orders returned within the 5 days are eligible for a full refund.
Orders after the 7 days are eligible for a store credit which will be emailed to your selected email address as a gift certificate. This can be used either with our baking or acrylics products.
To be eligible for a return, your order MUST be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your order needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
We DO NOT offer refunds for change of mind.
Unfortunately, we DO NOT offer returns on sale items, so please choose carefully.
Shipping of your order for return will be at the customers expense and non-refundable.
